What Is At The Movies?
It is a cinematic sermon series based on blockbuster films designed to teach biblical truth and life lessons in a creative and fun way.
You will enter into what will feel like a theater lobby with fun, live characters and family photo opportunities. Then, after watching powerful movie scenes together, Pastor Marcus will use each scene to teach us more about God and ourselves – giving hope for a life that IS possible for us.
We will feature 3 films on 3 Sundays in November:
1. November 10th
2. November 17th
3. November 24th
Due to copyright regulations, the At The Movies sermon series is in-person only so plan to make your way to Dunbar High School for our 10:30am Sunday Experiences.

What are your services like?
Our friendly, encouraging, and hope-filled services are typically 1.5 hours long. Worship is lively and Spirit-filled. If you use light sensitivity glasses for concert venue events, bring them with you.
What should I wear?
There is no dress code to come and worship with us at THE MIX. Come in what's comfortable for you!
What will happen when I visit for the first time?
You'll be greeted with a warm welcome from our team. During your visit, you'll hear instructions for First Time Guests that you should follow. When you do, you'll receive a gift and more information about your next steps at THE MIX.
What should I know about MIX Kids?
MIX Kids provides a safe, secure environment for your children. Our trained and background-checked staff ensures your child's safety and care. We use a secure check-in/check-out system, requiring proper ID for entry, giving you peace of mind while your child enjoys their time in a fun, loving space.
What if my child has special needs?
Our MIX Kids Team is equipped to care for children with mild to moderate special needs, ages 0-11, both chronologically and functionally. We strive to provide a safe, supportive environment tailored to each child’s needs so they can thrive during their time with us.
Where should I park?
We have 2 parking lots on our campus (Parking Lot A and Parking Lot B) as well as free street parking surrounding our campus.
If you're a first time guest, have a child under age 1, or a disability tag, turn on your flashers and park in the covered lot on Orleans Street.
If not, you can park in Parking Lot A (on Central Street), Parking Lot B (at Central Street & Monument Street), or use free street parking on both sides of Orlean Street and Central Street.
What do you offer for middle and high schoolers?
We welcome middle and high schoolers to join us in the main service on Sundays! Interested teens are trained to serve in MIX Kids. We also have a MIX Group for teens. Click here for more information about MIX Groups.
